Expansive Local Exposure

  • Professional color photographs, taken by a top LA Real Estate photographer including detailed, descriptive content of the property, will appear in the LA/Westside Multiple Listing Service. This is syndicated to other Southern Californian MLS services such as CRISNET & CRMLS.
  • A custom property website will be created with a 3DVirtual Tour.
  • A custom email flyer with a link to the property website will be sent to 33,000 LA agents and 16,000 OC agents.
  • A FOR SALE sign will be placed on property (with seller’s permission) with a QR /or text code. Prospective buyers will be led to the property’s unique website to view photos,video and details.
  • An Open House for all brokers will be held the first Tuesday the property hits the market.
  • 1000 “Just Listed” cards will be sent out to homes in the vicinity.
  • The property will be personally presented to over 200 agents at the Keller Williams office meetings in Beverly Hills and Mission Viejo.
  • A custom property brochure will be created highlighting the home’s best features.

  • 1000 Custom “Just Listed” postcards will be designed and mailed in the neighborhood
  • A full page color advertisement will be placed in the MLS Broker Caravan Open House Guide with a link to the property website.
  • A color ad will be placed in the LA Times Newspaper (if requested)




International Advertising
